We sincerely apologize for the recent inconvenience caused by the issue with payment withdrawals. Please note that the problem was not due to Tbay's platform but rather a downtime with the Nigerian Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS), which affected payments made during that period.

1)Your Tbay Username
2)Your Failed Withdrawal Order Number on Tbay
3)Your Statement of the receiving bank for the withdrawal order number. The statement should cover the period from June 5 to the present.
Note: The statement must be in a PDF file sent by the bank. Screenshots from mobile banking apps or printed statements will not be accepted.
